Ingredients | Radicchio Ricette Pasta3 tablespoons olive oil, divided2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar½ teaspoon Dijon mustardsalt and pepper to taste1 head radicchio2 tablespoons coarsely chopped pistachio nuts2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheeseDirectionsPreheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.Whisk together 2 tablespoons olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Set dressing aside.Cut radicchio head into 4 wedges.
